About the role
You will work with the Lifestyle Coordinator to deliver leisure-based activities to support and enhance the lives of the residents of Calvary Barongarook Gardens, Colac VIC.
**Your main duties will include**:
Providing leisure-based activities to residents.
Encouraging and supporting residents to take part in activities both within and outside of the home.
Identifying individual resident needs through assessment.
About you
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
Creativeness and ability to deliver leisure-based activities to residents
Excellent communication skills
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
