Flour Water Salt Kiama is looking for a **true café all-rounder** with a passion for great coffee, delicious food, and exceptional service. If you’re a **positive, energetic hospitality professional** who loves working in a fun and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**About the Role**:
You’ll be working across all areas of the café — from **making top-quality coffee** and delivering **outstanding customer service**, to **jumping into the kitchen** to make sandwiches and lend a hand where needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong barista and front-of-house experience - essential**:

- **Kitchen experience - desirable**:

- A team player with great communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Available **Tuesday to Saturday**, between **20-38 hours per week**(flexible for the right person)
