**Mandatory Requirements**:

- **Certificate in PEG Feeding** (current)
- **Manual Handling Training Certificate** (current)
- **Medication Administration Competency Certificate** (current)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per NDIS guidelines)
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- **Shift Schedule**:

- **Morning Shift**: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- **Short Morning Shift**: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- **Afternoon Shift**: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- **Evening Short Shift**: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Availability across these times is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- PEG feeding and monitoring
- Manual handling and full hoist transfers
- Medication administration as per care plan
- Personal care and hygiene
- Community access and companionship
- Accurate progress note documentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
