Our clinic is well-equipped with a separate sterile surgery, a separate imaging room, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, IM3 dental, Bair Hugger equipment and we are accredited with Stress Free Handling.

Most conveniently we are a co-location clinic, on-site within a Petbarn retail store - we love having these guys next door, and it allows for a loyal and highly engaged clientele of pet owners.

**About Your New Role**
- Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members
- Vet Nurse experience favourable but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
- Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential
