Are you prepared to roll up your sleeves and make a difference?** Take a career road trip with us at NRMA Parks and Resorts, where every day is a holiday NRMA Parks and Resorts is a leader in the Holiday Park industry, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing over 50 parks throughout Australia.

We are looking for experienced, guest focused couples to join our team for any Park Management opportunities in the **Central Coast, NSW region**. There is opportunity to ‘dip your toes in the water’ and take on a short-term contract, ahead of potential extension. We can offer unique opportunities for highly motivated and enthusiastic couples to join our team in many stunning coastal locations.

**The Role**:
This is a lifestyle choice for the right couple. Ultimately you will have sound experience in confidently managing medium sized properties. We welcome innovation, initiative, enthusiasm and a grounded, customer and commercial mindset.

No one day will be the same. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will operate a profitable and sustainable business. Management teams must either possess or be prepared to trade as a Proprietary Limited Company (PTY LTD) and have their own ABN. We offer competitive contract terms and you will be well supported by our Operations team who will induct you to our company and methodologies.

**Our Park Managers are hands on**:

- Ensuring top notch guest experience.
- Engaging and managing staff;
- Managing all areas of park operations, to ensure, front/back-office duties, housekeeping and grounds and facilities are presented and maintained.
- A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude.
- Managing financials (budgets & planning) with a refined sense of commercial acumen;
**How do you measure up?**

A successful management team will consider themselves confident, 'all-rounders’ and have complementing skills to ensure they can effectively deal with the various challenges faced in a holiday park and resort environment. This varied role will see you, build and maintain successful relationships with employees, guests and key stakeholders. You will provide a versatile and hands on approach in leadership, support and in all areas of park operations.

- Current First Aid and CPR - essential
- Current WWCC - essential
