Dental Receptionist/ Front Desk Coordinator

**My Smile Doctors **is a boutique practice in the heart of the Parramatta CBD committed to providing patients with high-quality care and personalised service.
We have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our team. This is an awesome role where you will personally get to know each and every person who walks through our front door. It is the perfect role for a people person and for someone who is eager to learn.
At My Smile Doctors we work together as a team. We provide the opportunity to learn new skills and experience task variety, where you might occasionally be helping the clinical staff during busy periods.
As our receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients to the practice and making them comfortable;
- Answering calls and making reminder phone calls;
- Following up leads from our Customer Experience team;
- Booking appointments;
- Payment processing and cashing up;
- Updating office spreadsheets;
- Dental assisting if required (training will be provided)

Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $21.14 - $30.00 per hour
