**As Our New 2IC**:

- As the 2IC, the key goal is to provide leadership for our small team, and to work closely and collaboratively to support the Store Manager. Drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the stores overall performance. We have a passionate team who love what they do and will welcome a further role model into the store who has the same values.

**You’ll bring significant value through**:

- Leading by example through inspiring and delighting our customers and motivating the team.
- Being a leader around achieving personal targets and KPI’s whilst supporting the team achieve theirs
- Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team.
- Contribute to the successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget
- Analysing reports and proactively identify opportunities that will increase the customer experience
