Barista

**Mantra Lorne** is located in the coastal town of Lorne, along the Great Ocean Road. Spread across 12 acres of landscaped gardens, the property boasts undeniable beachfront accommodation offering heritage hotel rooms and modern one and two bedroom apartments. The Lardner, on-site restaurant, offers daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Additionally, Mantra Lorne proudly houses the largest residential conference venue in regional Victoria, accommodating groups of up to 600 guests for bespoke corporate and private events. There is plenty to do in your down time, from exploring waterfalls, shipwrecks and bushwalking; to having a game of tennis or golf; immersing yourself in art exhibitions and markets; to simply relaxing on the beach enjoying the afternoon sun.

**As our next Barista, you will**:

- Create an array of beverages, ranging from coffee to other varying drinks, both hot and cold
- Assist with food & beverage orders and run food & drinks when required
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times and interact with guests and customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Ensure the appropriate Food, Healthy, & Safety requirements are being followed
- Work a variety of shifts over a rotating roster.

**What we are looking for**:

- A passion for both customer service and coffee
- You are a quick thinker and work well under pressure
- A natural team player who is also capable of working independently
- Past and proven experience in a similar role
- Hold valid Australian work rights
- Minimum 6 month commitment required for this role
