Head Barista

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, consistently meeting our café standards.
- Lead and supervise the barista team, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
- Train and mentor new baristas, sharing your knowledge of coffee and customer service.
- Manage inventory and ensure the café is well-stocked with all necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Assist in creating and updating the coffee menu, introducing new beverages and specials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
- A bubbly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
