**The role**

Sleeping Giant | James Lane are looking for a people and customer focused Store Manager to join our Team Our Store Managers play a major role on our store’s success. Your new role will see you inspiring not just your customers, but also your team, with a leading by example and can do attitude.

If your experience is in retail, sales, customer service or you simply have a passion for people, this is the job for you.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and leading your team to inspire their customers and exceed their sales targets.
- Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service as soon as they step into our store.
- Building your product knowledge to assist training your team.
- Leading by example in sales, customer service and attitude.
- Managing day to day operations of your store including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training and other duties as required.

**What you will bring to the role?**
- 2+ years experience in similar role
- Outstanding customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible and collaborative approach to work
- Experience within the furniture/bedding industry would be a plus, but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Quarterly bonus

- Maroochydore, QLD 4558: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
