**About the Role**:
As an integral part of our front-of-shop and dispensary operations, you’ll work closely with pharmacists to deliver exceptional service to our loyal customer base. Your day-to-day will involve assisting customers with OTC product selection, supporting prescription processing, managing stock and presentation, and contributing to a positive and professional team culture.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OTC medicines, vitamins, and pharmacy skincare
- A friendly, confident, and helpful approach with customers
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Experience using pharmacy software (e.g. FRED, ZED) is desirable but not essential
- Availability to work weekdays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
