**Responsibilities**:

- Develop customized lesson plans and learning strategies to meet each student's individual needs and goals
- Conduct one-on-one sessions in-person or online
- Track student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust instruction as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents and students

Qualifications:

- Completed Year 12 or equivalent
- Completing/ completed a Bachelor degree in a quantitative dicipline (Maths, Physics, Computer Science, and Data Science)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with tutoring, teaching, or mentoring preferred but not required
