**Position Description**

Successful applicants will be trained across all store operations and will be working in a fast paced environment side-by-side with other young, energetic and fun health focused people. Our work environment is fun, clean and dynamic.

**Essential Duties**
- Providing the Cali Experience at all times - lasting, positive experiences and vibes for our customers with the purpose of improving their day through great service and quality food
- Work fast and efficiently
- Engage with your team and customers alike
- Cook and prepare all the freshest ingredients for our bowls and sandwiches
- Work across our various food preparation areas to bring the freshest and highest quality bowl and sandwiches to life
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene

**Individual Requirements**
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
- Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
- Ability to work across a 7 day roster, including early morning starts
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn quickly
- Honesty and reliability is 100% essential
- Legal right to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
