Liquor Manager

**Liquor Manager Required - IGA Bomaderry Plus Liquor Store**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Liquor Manager to join our team at IGA Bomaderry Plus Liquor Store. As a key member of our family-owned business, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the liquor store
- Lead and motivate a local team of staff
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing laws and store policies
- Maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment
- Work weekends as needed to ensure store coverage

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in the liquor industry
- Proven experience in a management role within the liquor sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
