The Head 2 Toe Wellness Solutions Group is incredibly excited to find our new Receptionist to join our amazing team

With 2 clinics located in Mirrabooka & Balcatta we're able to provide the City of Stirling community with a number of options and services when it comes to their treatment.

**YOUR AVAILABILITY**
- We require Monday AND Tuesday availability - we are flexible with either a 5hr morning or 5hr afternoon shifts to work around Uni schedules
- There will be one more 5hr shift during the week that we can be flexible with
- We also require every 3rd SATURDAY to be covered, this is a 4hr, 9am - 1pm shift

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Answer phones, schedule client appointments and manage the clinicians diary
- Process payments and use a number of systems to do so - Medipass, Cliniko, HICAPs, EFT
- Cleaning and maintaining the clinic to our high standards - yes this means emptying bins as needed
- Reviewing product stock levels
