We are seeking a skilled property manager to join our small team two person team here at Lake Kawana Realty.

In this role, you’ll ensure all property operations are done professionally. Including
- Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and preparing new leases.
- Working with owners to get approval for routine maintenance.
- Routine inspections as needed.

Work hours will be flexible to suit with six hours minimum per week.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
