**About the role**:
Hype DC has a key business leader opportunity for an experienced State Manager to lead a team of 4 Area Managers and work across our stores in NSW to deliver on our business objectives.
Your unwavering passion for driving excellence in consumer experiences and dedication to developing and coaching your people, are assets you will bring to this role.
We are looking for a State Manager who will build and drive a high-performance culture, inspire, and motivate the state and store teams and work closely with the Head of Retail and Support office functions to deliver business growth within your portfolio of stores.

- Will work closely with the Area Management team to grow our store leaders through effective coaching and development practices

- Builds talent and delivers on strategies to develop and fast track our store leadership teams
- Has the ability to work closely with our recruitment support office functions to both develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Can establish strong professional partnerships with other key stakeholders and collaborate with them to deliver on business objectives

BUSINESS FINANCIALS AND OPERATIONS
- Drives strategies for NSW stores to deliver on business financial metrics and sales growth
- Monitors states financial metrics through evaluation and reporting on individual area and store performance against business objectives
- Has the ability to ensure financial goals are met and growth opportunities identified through implementation of actions and solutions to drive sales growth
- Will work closely with Head of Retail and key business functions to drive the growth of the NSW business
- Has a strong understanding of operational excellence requirements and ability to drive compliance with Area Managers and Store teams

- Strategic experience in building and executing strategies to deliver on the business goals, brand vision and drive further growth across all key areas through ‘bigger picture’ thinking.
