**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos for Instagram and TikTok for clients across various industries, including real estate, cars, construction, cafes, and health.
- **Editing & Post-Production**: Edit photos and videos to produce engaging, polished, and brand-aligned content with a focus on social media performance.
- **On-Location Shoots**: Attend shoots at various client locations, ensuring that content meets both aesthetic and branding requirements.
- **Content Strategy Alignment**: Work closely with the social media management team to ensure all content aligns with clients’ objectives, brand identity, and social media strategies.
- **Trend Integration**: Stay on top of the latest trends, sounds, and social media features to create relevant, timely content that drives engagement.
- **Creative Direction**: Lead the creative process on shoots, bringing ideas to the table that will elevate the client's social media presence.
- **Content Optimisation**: Provide recommendations for optimising content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness across Instagram and TikTok.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: At least 3 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and editing, specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
- **Industry Expertise**: Experience working across multiple industries such as real estate, automotive, construction, cafes, and health.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in videography and photography equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- **Advanced Editing Skills**: Expertise in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.), with a strong understanding of colour grading, video transitions, and sound design.
- **Social Media**: Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok’s algorithms, formats, and trends. Ability to create content tailored to these platforms that resonates with target audiences.
- **Creative Eye**: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce visually captivating content that aligns with the brand’s identity.
- **On-Camera Confidence**: Comfortable being on camera when needed for content shoots or behind-the-scenes videos.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a small, creative team.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work under pressure.
- **Driving License**: A valid driver’s license and access to a car is preferred, as travel to various shoot locations is required.

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous experience working with high-end clients and luxury brands.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation for social media.
- Experience with drone videography or other advanced filming techniques.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.23 - $40.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:
