About the role

Commercial services are seeking multiple casual to provide assistance in the following areas:
General-
- Ensure enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally, and where required, escalated to other staff as appropriate.

Venue Support- Provide ushering service for large scale events and performances.- Providing technical / AV support to functions and events- Assist with Food, Beverage and Retail services within our venues

Fedliving- Carryout routine reception and administrative tasks as directed by the Coordinator, Commercial Services or Associate Director, Commercial Services.- Ensure the organisation of short stay accommodation requests by:
- Entering bookings accurately into StarRez-
- Sending booking confirmations-
- Preparing room keys and after-hours arrivals-
- Sort and distribute resident mail and packages- Assist in printing and programming resident swipe cards as required

Exam Supervision- Ensure the security of examination materials before, during and after the examination.- Ensure room space is setup and examination is conducted in accordance with the external institution / professional body’s regulations and procedures.-
All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Please refer to the position description for WWCC requirements.
