- **Up to $125,177.48 p.a. total salary package **($106,244.32- $ 112,266.80+ 11.5% super)*
- **2 Year Fixed Term Contract, Full Time**

We are seeking an energetic individual to play an important role in shaping the future of Melville through the scoping, development and implementation of improvements to Melville’s strategic planning framework. This is a project-based position that requires a mix of analytical and creative thinking to support and, on occasion, manage planning projects that influence urban growth, land use, infrastructure, and community development. The role offers a work environment where you will contribute to a variety of planning initiatives, from policy analysis and research to hands-on project management.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
**Essential**
- Tertiary qualification in Urban Planning or equivalent.
- Demonstrated high level experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant Local and State Planning legislation, regulations, and policies.
- Significant experience in project management.
