Short Term & Long Term Contracts

- Minimum of 4 weeks contract up to 12 weeks with possibility of extension

**Collar Group's** Healthcare WA team is currently looking for Certificate III and Certificate IV Personal Care Workers/Assistant in Nursing for short term and long term contracts in the Wheatbelt (1.5 - 4 hours drive from Perth), South West (3-4 hours drive from Perth) and Great Southern Region (4-6 hours).

We are seeking professional PCAs & AINs with a drive and commitment to high standards of care for patients who are friendly and have an enduring personality.

These roles are for Casual contracts at
**WACHS Wheatbelt, South West and Great Southern Regional Hospitals and MPS sites.**
- **4 to 12 weeks contracts with possibility of extension**:

- **Rotational rosters**:

- **Travel allowance (Paid travel time and fuel reimbursement)**:

- **Competitive pay rate**
- **Acute/Medical or Surgical**:

- **Aged Care**

**Great What do I need to get started?**
- **Current Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Ageing**:

- BLS - Basic Life Support
- Manual Handling, Aseptic Technique, Hand Hygiene and Mandatory Reporting
- Minimum 2 years experience working in both Public or Private Hospital, or working in MPS WA sites and remote Public Hospitals or working in Aged Care setting.
- Current National Police Check (valid within the last 12 months)
- Current Working with Children Check
- 100 points ID check: DL, Passport, Birth Certificate, Medicare Card etc
- NDIS Check Clearance / able to obtain (depending on sites)
- Serology Reports/Immunisation Record
- Australian Working Rights
