**About us**

The Avenues Group of centres is a family owned and operated company with 16 centres across Brisbane. We have been providing quality care and education since 2003. Each centre in the group has its own unique character and offers services that reflect the local communities in which they are located.

**The role**

We currently have an opportunity for a lead educator to join us at Parkinson, in our Junior Toddlers room. (approx. Age 10 months to 18 months). Our Junior Toddlers room has 8 children per day. Shares an undercover outdoor area with our Nursery room, which is fenced, so you can run an indoor/outdoor program.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Diploma in Children's Services
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Lead Educator position
- Current, valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
- Current Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Good computer skills in order to use our online programming software
- Availability to work any shift between 6.30am -and 6.30pm Monday to Friday
