Assistant Relationship Manager

**About the Role**
An opportunity has become available within BOQ Specialists' Business Banking Department, as an Assistant Commercial Relationship Manager

In this role, you will be working closely with and supporting a Relationship Manager with the end to end management of their client base.
- Determine loan serviceability, prepare credit submissions and actively manage the deal through the credit approval process
- Liaise with internal stakeholders as well as clients, accountants, solicitors and relevant third parties to ensure efficient settlement of each deal
- Answer inbound enquiries and providing exceptional customer service to external/internal clients
- Assist with multiple product distribution by assisting the External Consultants to identify cross sell opportunities within existing client base
- Monitor ongoing needs of existing client base and work with External Consultant to review and where necessary
- Ongoing client maintenance and assist POD with client retention
- Take an active role in POD marketing activities when required, including EDM’s and outbound call campaigns
- Understand and comply with the Code of Conduct and any additional policies and procedures

**About you**
- Ability to read Financials and determine serviceability
- Good understanding of Lending products
- Exposure to Commercial Lending would be highly desirable
- Degree preferable
