- Develping and implementing a structured surveillance program which considers succession planning and capability planning, including the development, recruitment, retention, and attraction of surveillance resources across MRPV.
- Developing and delivering contiuous improvement programs and training aspects for the surveillance function.
- Actively engaging in the Surveillance Cadetship program in consultation with the Industry Capability & Development Team.

As the Delivery Support Manager you will be responsible for leading MRPV's surveillance function in order to support the successful delivery of major roads projects. This opportunity suits someone with prior experience in surveillance in roads or other major infrastructure projects. Your credibility in the public sector, political savviness and impressive communication skills are all key capabilities to be successful. This role has approximately 20 people reporting to them, so naturally you will be an accomplished leader, who has been able to build teams/team culture as well as develop constructive relationships with key senior stakeholders.
