Qualifications & experience
- Must be proficient in using XERO
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Shopify an advantage
- Be happy and friendly and enjoy working in a team environment
- You will be trained in the Inventory and Order Management System
- Honest and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Filing
- Australian drivers licence and reliable car essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders, sales invoices and maintaining inventory levels in a Inventory and Order Management System
- Use of XERO software
- Use of CIN7 software
- Data entry
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing wages
- Utilisation of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
