**What Will You Do?**

This will be achieved by:

- Refining, implementing and governing the Change & Release processes across the D365 landscape
- Defining, agreeing and optimising cutover schedules with project teams and business stakeholders
- Planning and tracking releases, upgrades and changes to the D365 environments
- Maintaining and executing the overall environment strategy for Dynamics 365, including the creation and management of development, testing, staging, and production environments
- Maintaining the configuration management process for the Dynamics 365 environments

We don’t expect you to know our industry or our business, we have an internal network to support your learning. It’s your D365 Environments Technical knowledge, Business partnering and release management experience that we value most. We are looking for team player with:
- Proven experience in managing Dynamics 365 environments and release management activities in enterprise-scale projects
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, development methodologies, and deployment processes
- Experience with configuration management tools and version control systems
- Proficiency in establishing and managing CI/CD processes for Dynamics 365
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
