**About the opportunity**
**To be successful in this role y**ou need**:
- Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience in a organisational development/training role
- Articulate written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other IT programs
- Experience in the delivery of education programs
- Experience of training delivery in an adult community setting
- Awareness of Adult Learning Principles
- An ability to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals
- Commitment to best practice
Desirable:
- Demonstrated experience working with people with Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB)
- Prior experience working within the Mental Health and/ or Not-for Profit community based organization.
- Lived Experience of that of a person with SEWB or as a Carer.
**You will also need**:
- Current valid Driver's License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Right to Work within Australia
- Satisfactory National Police Records Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Evidence of COVID vaccination with booster or valid medical exemption
