Our client is a global leader in the digital transformation and data exploration industry, and they are on the search for someone to lead their Enterprise Data business unit.

This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, Perth or Sydney

**About You**:

- You have excellent people leadership and management skills
- You are excited about the business challenges of taking a 8-figure business to 9-figures (and you have previous experience in scaling businesses of this size before)
- The words ‘billable utilisation’ are two of your favourite words
- You have extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
- You push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets
- You are able to strategically communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management

**The Role**:
Here’s a sneak peek at your day-to-day:

- Driving growth through the development of new solutions and offerings
- Developing technical and functional capability across your practice and identifying ways to expand practice services
- Leveraging client relationships to drive new opportunities for major and minor projects and playing a key role in the sales process
- Maintaining and building strong relationships as a client-facing leader within the organisation
- Creating a network of specialists the company can draw from to support clients in their data challenges
- Developing a model for the practice to be split into streams and allocation and management of stream leads
- Working with the Delivery and Sales to make recommendations for the allocation of consultants to billable engagements, business development opportunities, and internal projects
- Achieving revenue and gross margin targets within the practice through utilisation of the team and driving growth

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or similar
- 10+ years of relevant consulting experience, including at least 2 years of people/project management
- Demonstrated commercial and business acumen
- Experience managing local and remote teams
- Experience in scoping, planning, and developing complex proposals and Statements of Work
- General knowledge of on-premise and cloud IT landscapes (ERP/EAM platforms)
- Project management experience, including project planning, resource management, issue tracking and budget management
- Demonstrated experience leading business operations in a service context, ideally, management consulting

**Salary**:
Approx. $200k to $220k + Super + Bonuses (commensurate with experience)
