We are a busy Gluten Free bakery based in Mt Gravatt and currently looking for a Baker/Cake Maker for 6-8 weeks, but could turn into FT for the right applicant.

Duties will include:

- opening shop 5am
- baking all pastries, cakes, preparation of slices etc
- making all cakes (must be able to follow instructions and requirements of customers)
- being responsible for production list every day and communicating with staff
- learning dietary requirements for a large range of Gluten Free baked foods
- cleaning shop

We pride ourselves on providing top quality products for a niche customer base. Attention to detail and great customer service are required for this role.

Should you have:

- experience as a baker or cake maker at any capacity
- Australian citizen

Must have own transport, and ready to start training asap.

**Salary**: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
