Freelance Tour Guide - Melbourne (Guydeez)

Do you love Melbourne and enjoy sharing its hidden gems with curious travelers?
Guydeez is looking for **passionate locals** to lead **private, personalized walking experiences** for small groups. No professional guide license is required — just your enthusiasm and deep local knowledge
What You’ll Do
- Lead immersive walking tours across Melbourne’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and off-the-beaten-path spots
- Share engaging stories, cultural insights, history, and food recommendations
- Tailor tours to match the interests and pace of each group
- Provide excellent customer service, creating warm and memorable experiences
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne and a passion for sharing your city
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese) are a plus
- Friendly, reliable, and personable with strong communication skills
- Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3 to 8 hours
- Prior tourism or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required
