We are seeking a home care worker from a European background (morning and evening shifts available) to join our small friendly and professional team to work with village residents. Located within 15 mins walk from the Bondi junction Train station and 10 mins walk to the Bondi Westfield - you will not need a car for this Home Care Worker role.

**As a community based Home Care Worker you can expect to assist clients with**:

- Personal Care - Shower assist, dressing, medication prompt services
- Domestic Assistance - House cleaning, shopping, laundry
- Transportation to and from appointments
- Help client develop independent living skills
- Social Support - assist client to participate in social activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.

**Home Care Worker Requirement**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience
- European cultural background
- Jewish cultural background is ideal and knowledge of Yiddish
- Certificate III / IV in Home Care & Community or Individual Support (Desirable)
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible and a can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
