The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions is the independent prosecution authority of the Australian Capital Territory. It comprises the Director of Public Prosecutions, an independent statutory officer, and staff employed under _the Public Sector Management Act 1994_, to assist the Director.

**Eligibility/Other Requirements**:
