**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**BOC Limited** located in **Rocklea**, are a leading global gases and engineering company who have been operating for over a century, contributing their expertise in industry and everyday life, including steelmaking, refining, chemical processing, environmental protection, wastewater treatment, welding and cutting, food processing and distribution, glass production, electronics, and health care.

**As an apprentice, you will be working in the workshop and at customer sites, installing gas pipes, servicing and installing food preparation/freezer equipment, servicing BOC owned and customer owned gas equipment, conducting customer gas purges and rebuilding.**

**Overall, you will gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of BOC, ranging from pipeline construction to the utilisation of gas-owned equipment by end users. **There is also potential for short term work interstate or overseas.**

Undertaking this **four-year apprenticeship **will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Mechanical Fitter and you will earn your **Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (MEM30219).**
