We are a leading Advertising company that supplys coaster, barrunners, glassware and other products to pubs and clubs nationally. We offer the opportunity to B2B to promote their logo and branding on the products to be displayed and used in their local venue.

**For this role,** we are looking for an experienced and confident person to join our team, handling a mix of accounts and customer service with a sales edge.

**You must be experienced**in accounts receivable, collections and payment processing

Strong phone communication skills is so important and a must

Proven Sales or upselling background

professional but personable, able to turn a routine payment call into a positive client experience

**This role really requires a person that is confident,**has a great personality to speak with business owners and management over the phone on all levels, be able to think on your feet and have a chat whilst getting their payment at the same time.

Contacting Clients to organise their deposits and final payments quickly and accurately over the phone

Building genuine rapport with customers. ( We want someone who can have a chat and ask about their favourite most popular local spots)

Identifying opportunities for our sales team to upsell their clients again
