**THE DAY-TO-DAY**
- This includes and is not limited to:_
- Understanding a clients' loan purpose, income and expense positions, and bank statements
- Converting finance approvals and sales opportunities into personal and vehicle loans for clients
- Building long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients and assisting them in meeting their financial requirements
- Ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards and quality assurance processes.
- Meeting individual and monthly KPIs and contributing to the team target

**WHAT DO YOU NEED?**
- At least 2-years of demonstrated experience in a sales environment - face to face or within a call centre environment
- Lending experience is desired, but not necessary
- Demonstrated experience of overachieving KPIs and targets
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Our trading hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday._

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Monthly bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
