The central focus of the role is to manage and mentor the APAC technology team in order to align the with the wider company’s technical strategies. Additionally being part of the Global Engineering Leadership Team you will have a voice in shaping the future engineering strategy and their initiatives.

**Key Experience**:

- The technical teams operate under a complex matrix structure, so the ability to work with multiple stakeholders is necessary
- You will have experience working in a global company with a distributed technical team
- As the leader of the APAC team, you will need to possess strong communication skills and be comfortable presenting to the leadership team
- You will need to have the ability to work collaboratively with the other regional leaders to ensure that all of the technical teams are working towards to the same goal

**What will you be doing day to day?**
- Building and maintaining all vendor relationships with your region
- Represent your region within global engineering forums
- Provide support to, and drive all of the specialist engineers in your region
- Present to your regional leaders providing insight into your region’s initiatives, costs, and workflow management
- Ensure that your region is working inline with the global engineering strategy and that best practices are maintained
