**The Opportunity**:
We are searching for a Disputes lawyer, 3-4 years PQE with outstanding experience in insolvency disputes. The role on offer would see you joining our client, an international law firm with offices in Sydney's CBD.

This vacancy represents the opportunity to work under a Partner who is widely regarded as having led some of Australia's largest litigation and insolvency disputes. This role would see you develop your skills within a practice that practices broadly across insolvency and restructuring, banking and finance litigation, and energy and resources disputes.

Ideal applicants will have between 3-4 PQE, with a minimum of 12 months experience within a highly regarded top-tier or international disputes practice and a strong academic record with honours.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is seeking to join a practice where they will receive guidance and training from one of Australia's premier Disputes Partners.

**The Requirements**:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications that individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:

- Approximately 3-4 years post qualification experience in insovlency disputes within a reputable international or top-tier law firm;
- Excellent academic track record with honours;
- Strong organisational skills and experience in transaction management;
