As the **BIM Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within the organisation. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal project outcomes.

In the role as** BIM Manager**, your key responsibilities will be as followed:
Establish Design and Documentation Packages:

- Lead the creation of design and documentation packages, managing team members' work efforts in alignment with project schedules.
- Oversee the implementation of BIM methodologies to enhance project efficiency.

Audit and Maintain BIM:

- Regularly audit and maintain BIM to ensure ongoing efficiencies and adherence to best practices.
- Champion the use of data-rich BIM documentation, technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Ensure Compliance and Project Goals:

- Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM goals and deliverables, adhering to internal HDR systems and external codes and standards.
- Manage project start-up planning to optimize BIM utilization on projects.

Collaborate and Coordinate:

- Collaborate with other BIM managers/coordinators on the project team to streamline workflows and resolve any challenges.
- Maintain open communication with project leaders and teams to drive project deliverables and address execution issues.

Professional Development:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM software, systems, and processes to promote continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary contact for BIM-related support queries from team members.

Mentorship and Coaching:

- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, guiding them in BIM systems and processes.

In the role as a **BIM Manager**, we require you to have the following skills:

- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related
- Proven experience of 4+ years as a BIM Manager or in a related BIM leadership role, demonstrating successful project execution.
- Proficiency in Revit BIM software and tools, with expertise in data-rich BIM documentation.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, adhering to schedules and delivering high-quality results.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with diverse project teams.
- A continuous learner mindset, embracing advancements in BIM technology and practices.
- Prior experience working on large scale projects within Education, Rail, Aviation, Health, Commercial, Data Centres etc
