**About the Opportunity**

ECH is a seeking an experienced Quality and Clinical Governance Business Partner to support the delivery of tools, frameworks and business processes that foster quality clinical and care outcomes. The role will also act as the conduit between Quality and Operations to ensure that ECH remain accreditation-ready and support the engagement and communication with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) on behalf of the organisation.

Reporting to the Quality and Clinical Governance Manager, the role will provide a true partnering service across the organisation to collect and analyse data to enhance service delivery and ensure all clinical and care risks are appropriately mitigated.

The role will also lead continuous improvement initiatives and be responsible for the integration of the strengthened aged care quality standards into clinical and care practices.

**About You**

Ideally, you are a high-performing quality and clinical governance professional with proven ability to develop & maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders. The ability to effectively engage & partner with stakeholders will enable the successful applicant to influence, educate & drive the required outcomes in the role.

You will have strong analytical skills to identify trends, extract & analyse data to inform decision making. The successful applicant will have strong verbal communication skills & to deliver high-quality written communications for internal and external use.

Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems and sound and consistent clinical reasoning.

To be eligible for this role, applicants need to hold a current AHPRA registration (Nursing). An innate understanding of the Aged-Care Quality Standards and/or community care will be highly desirable.
