The Australian School of Applied Management (**ASAM**) under their Women & Leadership Australia Brand is looking for their next Program Advisor to join the team.

This role is suited for an experienced, self-motivated Sales professional who is highly driven, with a passion for engaging with perspective clients and learning & advising on all of the Women & Leadership's various programs.

The role also includes elements of problem-solving and effective communication.

**Tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Understanding Women & Leadership Australia's programs to provide sound, accurate advice to participants
- Building rapport with prospective participants
- Enrolling prospective participants into Women & Leadership Australia's programs
- Meeting the set Budgets and KPI targets
- Maintain sales data accurately to reflect accurate performance and indicators

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in previous roles
- Willingness to embrace feedback and change within a dynamic environment of systems, processes, and personnel responsibilities.
- Ability to build relationship with prospective participants through providing sound and accurate advice
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively between a large number of stakeholders
- Experience in outbound phone-based sales
- Advanced Excel skills.
