**About the Role**

This will involve training and assisting employees to manage difficult situations while showing empathy with customers of BOQ. The role is also responsible for the coordination and management of daily workflows, communications and release of Deceased Estate funds across multiple core banking platforms, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

**About you**
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing staff in a similar role
- Proven customer service orientation
- Project Management experience on small to medium projects
