We're on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at one of our exciting locations in Queensland (Tingalpa). As a Store Manager at 3 Black Bears Pizza, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to quality, service, and a great pizza experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**: Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure staff are knowledgeable about our unique products, promotions, and the value we offer.

**Operational Excellence**: Manage daily operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Keep up with the fast-paced environment of the quick service food industry.

**Sales and Marketing Savvy**: Implement and promote our key slogans, deals, and up-sell prompts effectively. Engage with our marketing efforts on social media and beyond.

**Customer Engagement**: Uphold our commitment to quality and value, addressing customer feedback and fostering a loyal customer base.

**Financial Management**: Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and innovative strategies.

**Requirements**:
Experience in a management role, preferably in the fast-food or pizza industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Ability to work hands on & on your feet for 8hrs

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
