The Lott Cafe is looking for a dynamic
**Cafe Manager **for their award wining venue in Cooma
**.** We are searching for someone able to successfully run and manage a shift, and has the ability to close the venue all while working with a fantastic team, in a fun, busy and idyllic location.

- Able to run a shift and manage a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to close the venue
- Lead a dynamic and motivated team
- Perform all aspects of restaurant service to the highest standard
- Be able to run a busy service and maintain high standards

- Honest and Authentic restaurant and venue management
- Solid understanding of food and beverages
