To be successful in obtaining this traineeship, you have to have that **genuine interest in motor vehicles**, or have had **experience in the automotive industry,** such as a mechanical apprenticeship.

As part of our team, we will provide a hands-on training program to get you to the stage of being a qualified Auto Glass Fitter. After a successful completion of your training and probation, you should be at the stage where you can fit glass unassisted. At this stage you will be a qualified Fitter and be eligible to have your own vehicle.

Our company will ensure we look after you from day one as an Auto Glass Fitter. We will make sure you get home safe every day by ensuring that our teamwork in a safe environment to deliver our quality service to our customers.

- **Valid Manual Driver's License - Essential**:

- Neat and tidy presentation
- Good at solving problems - look at a job work out how trims and moulds come off and then put back together
- Have pride in your work - attention to detail
- Energetic/Enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to communicate effectively
