Exciting Opportunity: Clinical Advisor at DPV Health

As a Clinical Advisor, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clinical and operational team leaders. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive care needs assessments for individuals 65 and older (or 50 and older for specific groups).
- Providing ongoing training and clinical support to assessors and other staff members.
- Managing and supervising the senior clinical workforce, ensuring high standards of care.
- Acting as the primary contact for clinical matters, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Engaging with clients to develop supportive care plans that promote independence and well-being.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with current unrestricted registration with AHPRA or other relevant professional association.
- Current experience as an Aged Care Assessor and/or training qualifications (such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher in training and assessment) or bachelor’s degree in education, or higher.
- Minimum five years of experience in aged care settings, either in Australia or overseas.
- Strong commitment to continuous professional development and the latest evidence-based practices.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to engage with clients and empower them in their healthcare journey.
- A dedicated professional who actively seeks improvements in nursing practice and is open to client feedback.
- An individual who demonstrates leadership in clinically supervising and supporting both nursing and non-nursing team members.
