**About the role**
- Our practice is growing, and as a result we require another receptionist to work alongside our wonderful Practice Coordinator.
- Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with our valued patients. As the first contact our patients have with the practice, it is essential that you provide a seamless, positive, friendly and professional patient experience at all times.
- Your role will involve managing patient enquiries, treatment plan presentation, appointment book management, settling accounts, communicating with clinicians and the team to ensure a smooth-running day, carrying out TLC/patient care calls following surgical procedures and front office management.
- This is a permanent full-time position for Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
