An exciting opportunity currently exists for enthusiastic Laboratory Assistants to join our Pathology Laboratory team based at Mildura Base Public Hospital. We have a number of permanent part time positions available. The successful applicants will be required to participate in the 7 day roster as required.
The Laboratory Assistant is expected to efficiently and accurately process specimens and requests for pathology testing, including data entry into the Laboratory Information System (LIS), and to prepare specimens for testing by the laboratory staff according to laboratory protocols and accreditation requirements.
