**The Opportunity**
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Senior Payroll Officer in processing all aspects of payroll.
- Ensure payroll data is accurately processed, including but not limited to deductions, timesheets, allowances and terminations
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining new starters and leavers
- Preparation and submissions of payroll tax, PAYG, workers compensation and other compliance returns
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Promptly responding to payroll queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and review payroll reconciliation and procedures
- Generating payroll reports
- Any other duties as deemed by management to assist and enhance the day to day operational requirements of the company
