Concrete Batcher

Hanson Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry through our network of over 300 quarry, ready-mixed concrete, logistics and support operations. We are now seeking an experienced, reliable and committed **Concrete Batcher** to join our Concrete team in **Perth.** This is a permanent full-time opportunity with overtime, weekend work and night shift in accordance with business needs.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Manage batching and loading of concrete on the Hanson fleet for delivery to our valued customers
- Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
- Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
- Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
- Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

- Be able to, or willing to learn how to operate the Front end loader
- Be able to, or willing to learn how to operate a Concrete Agitator including concrete delivery
- HR Licence and Front End Loader experience will be an advantage but not essential
- Previous concrete experience and a sound knowledge of concrete batching would be preferable, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
