**The Firm & The Role**

Our client is a growing a Litigation firm and their construction team is experiencing growth. To this end, the firm is looking to recruit a senior construction lawyer at the Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate level or Special Counsel level.

This role will see you having high levels of autonomy, client responsibility and assisting in the further growth of the practice group. You will play a role in further growing the team and cementing client relationships.

The team has experience in both front end and back-end construction matters. However, the focus of the work will be more back-end.

This would suit a senior construction lawyer who wants more freedom, autonomy, control of matters and a clear progression path.

**About You**

- Be a Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate or Special Counsel with construction law experience
- Have strong technical and negotiation skills
- Be able to foster strong client relationships
- Be able to market and business develop and assist in the further growth of the practice
- Be able to develop and foster strong client relationships
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Have energy, drive, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for construction law
